Pre-qualification
Your application is received and examined by the recruiter. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted for an initial discussion!
Interview 1
We meet to get to know each other better. Either an initial exchange by video or face-to-face with the HR manager and your direct manager. Remember: we recruit personalities rather than diplomas!
Maintenance 2
A second interview is usually organized with your N+2 and the HR department, depending on the profile sought and the team recruiting.
